Vodafone consultation screens reap rewards

Vodafone have seen the benefits of touchscreen guided selling solutions in their retail outlets for nearly three years now and they are sold on the concept. They fitted out their Blanchardstown store at the end of 2011 and created consultation areas where staff could take customers through their plan options using touchscreens. This “My Way” consultation area has been such a success that they’ve expanded it out to their flagship Dundrum store and plans are afoot to roll it out nationwide before the end of the year.
